At least three young people were wounded in a shooting in the Swedish town of Södertälje, and three suspects were arrested, the Swedish public service SVT reported.

Three teenagers were wounded, and SVT states that they were born in 2006 and 2007. One of them was seriously injured, and all were taken to the hospital.
The police received a call around 6:45 p.m., and citizens reported hearing sounds similar to fireworks or firecrackers.
A preliminary investigation has been launched for attempted murder and serious criminal possession of a weapon.
