Tobacco Factory Sarajevo: More Expensive Cigarettes from Monday

cigarettesStarting on June 1st, the Tobacco Factory Sarajevo will increase the price of cigarettes from 10 to 20 fenings per pack, while some products of this company, such as Aura, will keep their old prices.

The prices of cigarettes produced by the Tobacco Factory Rovinj had been previously increased, also from 10 to 20 fenings per pack.

The spokesman of the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) Ratko Kovačević said that the minimum excise per pack of cigarettes in B&H is currently 2 BAM, while the minimum excise for the pack of cigarettes in the EU amounts to 3.60 BAM.
