Today is a day of mourning in Zvornik due to the drowning of two fellow citizens in the Drina River, announced the City Administration.

Flags on the City Administration building and public institutions in the city are lowered to half-mast.

There will be no music in catering establishments and public places, and the obligation of all local media from the area of ​​the city of Zvornik is to adapt the program content to the Day of Mourning.

The tragedy happened on Friday, July 12, in Drina near Kozluk, when men whose initials were P.T. /44/ from Tršić and K.T. /29/ from Kamenica.

The body of P.T. was found yesterday on the banks of the Drina, near the settlement of Johovac, and the man K.T. the day before near the place of drowning in the Drina near Kozluk.

According to unofficial information, the uncle tried to save his cousin, namely P.T. tried to save K.T, who was swept away by the water, after which both disappeared in the Drina.
