Groups - Adults and Business PeopleThe Directorate for Civil Protection and Fire Fighting of the Herzegovinian-Neretva Cnaton (HNK) a presentation was organized yesterday in Mostar of the project proposal for the competition of the IPA project of BiH and Croatia on cooperation in the field of firefighting.

At the meeting there were representatives of Herzegovina-Neretva, Herzeg-Bosna, West Herzegovina Cantons along with guests of the Split-Dalmatia county. They would, next to the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, participate in the preparation of project proposals and in the implementation of the projects if they were to be approved.

Besides the possibility of cooperation in the field of IPA projects, they spoke of the situation in the fire service and of other areas of cooperation, and especially in light of the fact that HNK borders with Dubrovnik-Neretva and Split-Dalmatia countries and that these two countries are in many ways directed towards one another.

It was agreed to continue dialogue as soon as possible and prepare the project proposal in order to obtain all the necessary documentation for participation in the competition.
