Tomorrow the Ceremony of Soldiers Return from Afghanistan

vojnici afganistanMembers of the military police unit of armed forces of B&H, who were on a mission in Afghanistan and have spent nine months there, have arrived on Monday around 14:30 h in B&H. The Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the last few days have been fully engaged in organizing the safe return of troops to the country.

All members of this unit have returned alive and well and that is an evidence of a high level of readiness and training of the armed force members. As a part of celebrating ten years of cooperation between B&H and the Federated States of Maryland, it is planned the solemn ceremony on the occasion of their arrival tomorrow on 09/19/2013 at the barracks of armed forces of B&H in Rajlovac, starting at 11 am, is announced by the Ministry of Defense.

The ceremony will be attended by top representatives of the Armed Forces, the highest officials of our country, the highest officials of the Federated States of Maryland, including the General–Commander of the National Guard of Maryland Adkis, representatives of the U.S. Embassy, ​​the military – diplomatic corps and representatives of the international community in B&H.
