The project of the construction of a new small hydro power plant was started by the public enterprise “Spreca”, which is managing the hydro accumulation Modrac. Negotiations on the  process of signing the agreement between “Spreca” and Elektroprivreda BiH are currently taking place, and the new facility would be similar to the existing small hydroelectric power plant at Modrac Lake.

The FBiH realized exports in the amount of 668,702,000 BAM in the month of April, which represents an increase of 2.8 % in comparison to the month of March of the same year or by 8.8 % in comparison to April 2017. Imports in April 2018  amounted to a total of 1,099,034,000 BAM, which is by 4.2 % less than in the month of March 2018, or by 9.9 % compared to April 2017.

Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Mirko Sarovic, met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Development in the Government of Greece, Janis Dragasakis, in Athens, and they discussed crucial issues in regard to the increase of the amount and intensity of cooperation between the two countries.

The number of registered citizens ofBiH amounted to 794,505 in the month of March 2018, while the number of registered unemployed people amounted to 466,330. In comparison to the month of February 2018, the number of employed people was increased by 0.4 %, and the number of employed women was also increased by 0.5 %.

The new system of multilateral compensation www.KompEX.ba, which is available on the entire territory of BiH, is attracting an increasing number of users with the simplicity of its use. A total of 86 new users joined the system in the last two weeks only, and there are more than 5 million BAM of requests in the system. It is also important to note that some of the most important companies in BiH recognized the system and became active users of the system KompEX.ba.
