Travnik Representative of BiH on Project of Balkan House in Turkish Municipality Yalov

travnikThe Mayor of municipality Travnik Admir Hadžiemrić was on a working visit to the Turkish municipality Yalov with a delegation.

The reason for the visit was the presence of municipalities from 13 countries with whom Yalov established partner relations with the goal of mutual exchange of municipal administration. The potential of Travnik, in particular the tourist potential, was presented.

A particular reason for the visit of the delegation from Travnik to this city was to present the project Balkan House. This is a project of building facilities that would represent the peoples of the Balkan countries, of which a large number live in Yalov. Every country will have one room,

On the ground floor, a museum is planned that will feature what is specific to each country. Hadžiemrić, with a municipal delegation, visited the site, and there were a series of consultations between the contractor and the architect, Adnan Muminagić, with the aim to ensure the authenticity of Bosnian rooms.

In addition to Travnik that represented BiH, in Yalov there were also municipal representatives from Serbia, Macedonia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Greece, Slovakia, Cyprus, Poland, Georgia, China and South Korea.
