Government allocates 250 Million BAM for Pensioners

Pensions for the month of July will be paid through the single account of the Federation of BiH treasury on Friday, August 5, 2022, the Federal Institute for Pension and Disability Insurance announced.

The average independent pension amounts to 544.87 BAM and 354,788 beneficiaries will receive it. The minimum pension is 424.43 BAM, guaranteed 531.86, while the highest pension is 2,174.48 BAM.

A total of 430,513 pensioners will receive their pension for July. According to the Decree of the Government of the Federation, 363,430 pension beneficiaries residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will receive a one-time pension in the amount of 100 BAM, in addition to the regular one.

The total funds needed for the payment of pensions for July and the one-time amount of the pension amount to about 250 million BAM.
