US President Donald Trump has revoked the security clearances of former US Vice President Kamala Harris, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, several members of former President Joe Biden’s administration and other prominent Democrats.

The decision comes after Trump announced last month that he was revoking Biden’s security clearance, CBS News reports.

In a memo released on Tuesday, Trump said he was also revoking the security clearances of Biden’s entire family.

“I have determined that it is no longer in the national interest for the following individuals to have access to classified information,” Trump said.

The US president’s list also includes former Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, former Congressman Adam Kinzinger, retired Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman, New York State Attorney General Letitia James, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, former White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, former Congresswoman Elizabeth Cheney, former White House Russia expert Fiona Hill, former Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, former US Ambassador to the Czech Republic Norman Eisen and lawyer Mark Zaid, who raised concerns about Trump’s relations with Ukraine during his first term.
