US President Donald Trump said that British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron have done nothing to end Russia’s war against Ukraine.

Speaking on a Fox News podcast, Trump, when asked about his upcoming meetings with Starmer and Macron, interrupted the host by saying that the two had done nothing.

“Macron is my friend,” he said, adding that Starmer is a “very nice guy” but that neither of them has taken any steps regarding Russia, the BBC reports.

Trump also said that he does not consider it “important” for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to attend peace talks with Russia.

“I don’t think he’s very important for the meetings,”Trump said on Fox News, adding that he makes it difficult to reach an agreement.
