US President Donald Trump has announced that he will impose a 100 percent tariff on films made outside the US.
“Filmmaking has been stolen from the US. Other countries have done it, just like stealing ‘candy from babies’,” Trump wrote on the “Truth Social” network.
Trump said that as a solution to this “long-standing, never-ending problem,” he would impose a 100 percent tariff on all films made outside the US.
