Turkish businessmen who are ready to invest in the energy sector visited recently BiH, reports the Anadolu News Agency.

That’s the result of last year visit of the Minister of Energy,Mining and Industry of FBiH Erdal Trhulj to Turkey.

Together with Trhulj, Edhem Bičakčić, an energy expert also visited Turkey. Bičakčić presented to Turkish investors legal opportunities and resources that are available in BiH in terms of small and large wind farms and solar technology.

”Three Turkish investors have been in BiH so far. They visited location on the Bosna river, the Krivaja, the Rika near Jajce, the Vrbas near Donji Vakuf. For now, I cannot talk about the names of the companies. There is a genuine interest, but no tangible contracts. We work on that all the time, and we hope that in the future there we’ll sign contracts”, said Bičakčić.
