Officials of the Tax Administration of the Republika Srpska from Srpac whose initials are A.M. and Đ.R. were arrested today on suspicion of having committed criminal acts of influence peddling and accepting bribes, the Banja Luka Police Department announced.
Police in Banjaluka, in cooperation with police officers of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime, arrested tax officials as part of the “Stake” action, the Banjaluka Police Department announced.
Searches are underway at several locations.
All activities are carried out according to the orders of the Banjaluka District Court and under the supervision of the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption, Organized and Serious Economic Crime of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Republika Srpska, to which the person will be handed over after criminal processing along with a report on the crimes committed.
