Two victims of the past war have been identified at the Center for Autopsy and Identification in Gorazde, and they are victims of Bosniak nationality who disappeared in 1992 in the area of that city.

The identity of these victims was first determined through DNA analysis, and today the identity of these victims was officially confirmed, the Institute for Missing Persons stated.

Dzevad Omerhodzic, who disappeared on the Kozara pass on the road between Gorazde and Cajnice in 1992, has been identified, and his remains were exhumed in December 2020 at this location in the municipality of Novo Gorazde.

Today, the family also confirmed the identity of Vejsil Uhota, who disappeared in 1992 at the same location, and his remains were found 28 years later in the area of Kozara.
