On January 22, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Layen, will pay an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The information was confirmed for Klix.ba. It is still not officially known on what occasion von der Leyen is coming to the capital of our country.
At the beginning of November last year, she already visited our country when she met with the members of the BiH Presidency and the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers.
Although the BiH authorities expected the opening of negotiations with the EU in December, that did not happen.
Portal Istraga.ba has learned that she and other EU officials are considering the possibility of shortening the list of 14 priorities of the European Commission that are set as conditions for Bosnia and Herzegovina in the integration process.
