drawingThe fourth of July is a public holiday in the US that celebrates the adoption of the American Declaration of Independence on 4 July 1776, declaring independence from Great Britain. The holiday is traditionally celebrated with fireworks, carnivals, picnics, political speeches, and concerts. This day celebrates the history, traditions and political tradition of the US.

During the American Revolution, legal independence from Great Britain took place on 2 July 1776, when the Second Continental Congress voted in favor of the resolution that was proposed by Richard Henry Lee from Virginia.

There will be a concert in City Pub by musicians Anna O’Neal, Jonn Bartine, Jonathan Trousdale, and Mirela Popaja-Hadžić. The genres of music will be diverse, ranging from rap, blues, pop to folk music.

Anna O’Neal is a musician who plays a wide repertoire of music. Her father taught her to play guitar at a young age, an instrument that she loves. Since then, she has been composing her own music and teaches others to play guitar. Under the influence of music by Emeli Sandé, Lecrae and many other alternative bands she fostered her own unique style. Her melodies are minor, fast as a rap tempo, and the themes are melodic.

She was born and raised in Alabama but has been living in Sarajevo for many years.
