US Embassy, Sundance Institute and Deblokada Present Film Forward: Advancing Cultural Dialogue

image006The U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in partnership with Sundance Institute and Deblokada, is pleased to present FILM FORWARD, a touring program of eight contemporary films selected on the basis of artistic excellence and their ability to tell powerful stories that inspire curiosity, recognition and an awareness of shared values across generations, language, education and borders.

Jasmila Zbanic, renowned BiH film director and winner of the Golden Bear at the 2006 Berlin Film Festival and Emily Armitage, Assistant Cultural Affairs Officer of the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo will speak at the press conference announcing the festival. The press conference will take place on Tuesday, September 17 at 10:00 at the American Corner in Sarajevo, Radiceva 7, 71000 Sarajevo.
