New-USAID-logoA new project of the American Agency for International Cooperation (USAID), titled PRO-Budućnost (Povjerenje, Razumijevanje, Odgovornost za Budućnost) (Trust, Understanding, Responsibility for the Future) is a four year project of reconciliation and trust among citizens of all ethnic groups in B&H. This project will be promoted tomorrow.

The project is based on the assumption that the building of lasting peace begins with the opening of a sincere dialogue and understanding others. The aim of this project is to highlight the need for participation of all organizations, institutions, groups and individuals who can contribute to reconciliation and strengthening trust among citizens of B&H, of state institutions, religious communities, medias and organizations of civil society activists. Intensive project activities will be implemented in 30 municipalities in B&H.

This project will be promoted tomorrow at 11.45 at the Multimedia hall of the Franciscan International Student Center in Sarajevo. The Director of USAID in B&H David Barth, partners of the project and representatives of other institutions, whose role is crucial in the project will address the audience.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) will implement this project in partnership with Mozaik Foundation, Caritas B&H, Forum of Citizens of Tuzla and Helsinki Parliament of Citizens Banja Luka.
