Police officers of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska, in cooperation with the police officers of the Trebinje Police Administration, under the supervision of the Trebinje District Public Prosecutor’s Office, are conducting an operational action codenamed “USKOK3” aimed at shedding light on the criminal offense of “Illegal Production and Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs”.

Searches are underway at several locations in the area operationally covered by the Trebinje Police Administration, and in the activities so far, four persons with the initials S.B., R.Đ., D.D. and B.P. have been deprived of their liberty.

A large quantity of herbaceous plant matter was found and seized from the persons deprived of their liberty, which by its appearance resembles the narcotic drug skunk.

After the criminal investigation is completed, the persons will be handed over to the competent prosecutor’s office for further action, along with a report on the committed criminal offense, the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
