Vandals significantly damaged Eleven Trams in Sarajevo

Graffiti was drawn on eleven trams, which are parked near the Railway Station during the reconstruction of the tram line, thus causing significant damage.

Citizens were informed on the Facebook page of the company GRAS that the vehicles, as stated, were vandalized and devastated beyond recognition, four days after they started parking at the mentioned location.

It was emphasized that the trams will not be able to be cleaned.
Citizens were asked whether they would treat the new trams of the Swiss manufacturer Stadler, which were paid 34 million euros, in the similar manner.

Public transport vehicles have been targeted by vandals for years, most of whom go unpunished. The Ministry of Transport of the Sarajevo Canton previously appealed to the citizens to keep public transport vehicles, because they were bought with their money.

This also applies to the new trolleybuses of the Belarusian manufacturer BKM, which were paid more than 14 million euros.
