What happened at the Hearing Today?

12833212_1738402403063103_1230035365_nToday on the Court of BiH was held a hearing on declaration of guilt in the case Fahrudin Radoncic and others. The accused Bakir Dautbasic, Bilsena Sahman and Zijad Hadzijahic pleaded not guilty.

The first accused in this case, Fahrudin Radoncic, was not present at the hearing due to the health problems. To recall, Radoncic was hospitalized at the University Clinical Center of Sarajevo at the Clinic for heart diseases.

Radoncic’s lawyer Asim Crnalic said that the defense was not informed about the health status of the defendant. Judge Minha Kreho said that the Court received the information and that they will wait for the report on the state of health until the 14th of March.

Then his plea will be taken into account and everything will be forwarded to the Council that will be considering this case in the main trial.

To recall, Radoncic and others are accused for crimes of conspiracy to commit criminal acts, obstruction of justice and giving awards or other means for trade of influence.
