What is the Average Price of New Dwellings in BiH?

The average price of new dwellings sold in the third quarter of 2018 is 1.519 BAM. In comparison with the average price of new dwellings sold in 2017, the average price is decreased by 4.1% and compared to the third quarter of 2017 is decreased by 6.7%, BiH Agency for Statistics reports.

The number of new dwellings sold in the third quarter of 2018 is increased by 13.5% in comparison to the third quarter of 2017. In comparison to the average number of new dwellings sold in 2017 is increased by 9.9%.

Useful floor area of new dwellings sold in third quarter of 2018 compared to third quarter of 2017, is increased by 13.3% and compared to the average floor area of new dwellings sold in 2017 is increased by 13.3%. In the first nine months of the 2018 number of completed dwellings was 1.537 which represents a nominal increase of 6.0% in comparison with the same period in 2017.

Number of uncompleted dwellings at the end of the third quarter of 2018 was 4.091, which represents an increase of 33.0% in comparison with the same period in 2017.

In the third quarter of 2018 the number of completed dwellings was 364, which represents a nominal decrease of 43.1% in comparison with the same period in 2017.

Number of uncompleted dwellings at the end of the third quarter of 2018 was 4.091 and represents an increase by 33.0% in comparison with the same period of last year.
