For what will the former Building of the US Embassy be used?

institutions of B&HCouncil of Ministers of B&H adopted the Information of the Service for joint operations of the institutions of B&H about the availability of objects that were earlier used by the foreign embassies in B&H, that were requested by the Council of Ministers of B&H in order to use these objects for the accommodation of employees in the institutions of B&H.

Service for joint operations of the institutions of B&H is responsible to carry out the survey of necessary works at the reconstruction of the object in the street Mehmeda Spahe 16 in Sarajevo, with the aim of making it available for the accommodation of the institutions of B&H and to immediately start a procedure of the purchase of works on the reconstruction and adaption of this object in order to adjust it for the accommodation of the institutions of B&H within 30.000 BAM, which is the value of this project.

Service for joint operations is responsible to submit a detailed information on the property relations and technical details on the reconstruction of the objects in streets Mehmeda Spaha and Alipasina where the object was previously used for needs of the US embassy as well as in the street Tahtali Sokak, where the object was previously used by the Libyan embassy.

Service for joint operations of the institutions of B&H is responsible to prepare for the Council of Ministers of B&H all necessary data and the number and the structure of employees in the institutions of B&H with the headquarters in the East Sarajevo, data about the area of objects and the amount of money institutions are paying for rent, as well as data on the area of purchased objects in East Sarajevo, and all that because of the qualitative accommodation of the institutions of B&H, as announced from the Council of ministers.
