What was concluded at the Meeting of Mayors of Zagreb, Belgrade and Sarajevo?

Mayors of Sarajevo, Belgrade and Zagreb – Abdulah Skaka, Zoran Radojicic and Milan Bandic, met in Sarajevo, after which they presented their impressions from a joint meeting, and noted that they are planning to get connected in a common tourist route.

Mayor of Sarajevo, Abdulah Skaka, noted that he is delighted with the possibility to join one common route so that tourists would extend their stay, especially those coming from the East.

“Our tourist community will make a step forward at the end of this year at a meeting in Belgrade. The City of Sarajevo, headed by me, made the largest tourist attraction in the last eight months, we managed to improve our tourist offer, we made a cable car, we are opening the galleries, etc.” said Skaka.

Mayor of Belgrade, Zoran Radojicic, stated that they agreed that co-operation between Belgrade, Sarajevo and Zagreb is very important for everyone.

Mayor of Zagreb, Milan Bandic, said that everyone expects good vibrations and people to start living happier life thanks to this cooperation.

A joint agreement on a common tourist route should be signed at the end of the year at the Summit “16 + 1″in Belgrade, which will be presented to tourism companies and the media.
