Company Messer, a producer of industrial gas, last year focused on the expansion of its capacities. Messer invested 2.85 million EUR in two new factories in BiH and Bulgaria, and they both started operating.
Messer invested in the expansion of the production of carbon dioxide (CO2) in BiH: a new factory in Sockovac will increase the existing capacity of 0.85 tonnes of carbon dioxide per hour to 2 tonnes per hour.
The investment is larger than 2.5 million EUR and it will ensure the export of CO2 to our neighbouring countries.
Production, storage and transportation systems are in accordance with the highest standards of the food industry and they possess HACCP and FSSC 22000 standard certifications.
When it comes to Bulgaria, Messer opened a factory in the location of Katunitsa with a capacity of almost one tonne per hour. The value of the investment amounted to about 350 000 EUR.
