Who is the most Popular Politician in B&H?

obamaThe latest survey of WIN / Gallup International conducted in 65 countries in the world, showed that US President Barack Obama is favorite leader on the world.

Almost three out of five (59%) respondents in the 65 countries in the world have a favorable opinion about President Barack Obama.

One-third of respondents had unfavorable opinion. Chancellor Angela Merkel is the second most popular leader in the world. Her popularity was significantly higher among men (45%) than women (39%).

When it comes to citizens of B&H they have the greatest sympathy for German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

A total of 69% respondents have a favorable opinion about her, while only 21% have an unfavorable opinion.

Next is Vladimir Putin (52% favorable, 35% unfavorable) and Barack Obama (59% favorable, 39% unfavorable).

For the purposes of this survey, a total of 63,976 people from 65 countries in the world was asked for their opinion. The survey was conducted during the period of September – December 2015.

The survey in B&H was conducted in October 2015, on a sample of 1,000 respondents.
