A wider area of Neum and the border zone between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia was hit by an earthquake early Friday morning.
According to the data of the European Mediterranean Seismological Center, an earthquake of 2.7 degrees according to of Richter scale was recorded at 2:41 with the epicenter six kilometers south of Metkovic, at a depth of about two kilometers.
Although it was a minor earthquake, it was unusually felt given that it was 4 on the Merkali scale, according to the Klix.ba news portal.
The earthquake was felt by the residents of Korcula, Citluk and Stolac.
