Will BiH have a Hydro Power Plant built on our Bones?

In the morning program of the state television of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the SDA parliamentarian Semsudin Mehmedovic was a guest, who commented on the current political situation in the country – the adoption of the law on immovable property in the Republika Srpska (RS), the vote on Borjana Kristo, the behavior of the international community and more.

Yesterday, the session of the National Assembly of RS (NARS) discussed and voted on the Law on Immovable Property of the RS, which is a minimally amended law, that the Office of the High Representative (OHR) and the Constitutional Court of BiH have already suspended, and it refers to the ambitions of Milorad Dodik to appropriate state property.

”I would say that the ”Serbian world” show continues. This is a political project to destabilize BiH again, but the outcome is very clear. It is also obvious that the pro-Bosnian members of the Presidency of BiH will initiate the constitutionality evaluation process at the Constitutional Court of BiH,”Mehmedovic said.

He criticized the behavior of the international community in the last period, calling them so-called. In addition to the anti-Bosnian policy of foreigners, he also points out their disrespect for international courts, which was not the case before.

”The so-called international community has been acting completely unprincipled in the last few years, the OHR is completely on the side of anti-Bosnian political options, which rewards the policies of genocide and Joint criminal enterprise (JCE). Therefore, we cannot call them anything other than the so-called international community,” he said.

When asked by journalist Zvonko Komsic whether he is perhaps angry with the international community because of their guilt in the expulsion of the SDA from power.

”We have to turn off our emotions, we can be angry as much as we want, but it is obvious that they are not behaving rationally and principally towards the state. The High Representative is not doing what is in the interest of the citizens of BiH. It is not up to him to survey and draw maps of Serbia’s investments in BiH. What does that mean? Will there be Trebinje Airport? Will there be a Hydro Power Plant (HPP) Buk Bijela on the bones of mass graves or a gas pipeline under the river Drina? Let the OHR work on principle and it will have our support,” Mehmedovic added.

The House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, of which Mehmedovic is a representative, held a session yesterday at which they voted for the appointment of Borjana Kristo as a representative of the BiH Council of Ministers.

”Voting for Borjana Kristo is something similar to voting for the president of the Federation, who is on the black list,” said Mehmedovic.

To this, the journalist asked him if he had not already voted for Borjana Kristo once before when she was appointed to the Collegium of the House of Representatives and what was the difference between the vote then and yesterday, to which Mehmedovic gave a very reluctant answer.

”The difference is huge, if we want changes, and it is obvious that someone who designed the parliamentary majority wants that, by driving the nationalists out of power in BiH, I respect that, but it is obvious that this does not mean both Serbs and Croats, but only the SDA is treated as nationalist,” he said without answering the question of what is the difference, Klix.ba reports.
