The office of the disciplinary prosecutor of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed a request for temporary removal from duty against Dalida Burzić, a judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, against whom an investigation in criminal proceedings was initiated.
Yesterday, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina launched an investigation into the case of “Dženan Memić” against the former chief prosecutor of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office and current judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dalida Burzić, for the criminal offense of murder and aiding the perpetrator after the crime, Ifet Feraget, the legal representative of the Memić family, confirmed yesterday.
He specified that the investigation is also being conducted against the former prosecutor of the cantonal prosecution Meris Ćata, the former commissioner of the Sarajevo police Vahid Ćosić, the traffic expert Ševal Kovačević, as well as against the Sarajevo policemen Sakib Krema and Nurija Mehić, and several unknown persons.
Feraget noted that he has been fighting for almost seven years for the moment when the circumstances of the death of Dženan Memic in 2016 in the Velika Alley will be investigated as a murder.
“The decision on the temporary removal of a judge from the duties of a judge is made by the First Instance Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, announced the Supreme Court of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
