What will the Weather be like for New Year?

a-winter-weekend-in-sarajevo-1420804400It was snowing in Bosnia this morning, and weather in Herzegovina was moderately cloudy, with clear sky in the far south.

Air temperatures are 7 am: Bjelašnica -10, Bihać -5, Goražde, Prijedor and Sanski Most -2, Ivan Sedlo and Sokolac -1, Banja Luka, Drvar and Sarajevo 0, Doboj 1, Bugojno, Jajce and Livno 2, Bijeljina and Srebrenica 3, Gradačac and Tuzla 4, Mostar, Trebinje, Zenica and Zvornik 5, Neum 7, Čapljina 8 degrees.

Atmospheric pressure in Sarajevo amounted to 954 millibars, and it is by 12 millibars higher than normal, with gradual downward trend.

Bioprognosis: With more sun, the general image will be better in the south of the country. Unstable weather in Bosnia will cause increased troubles with sensitive persons. Possible meteoropathic reactions such as headache, bad mood and insomnia are possible. Polluted air will still be the biggest problem in urban areas. It is recommended to reduce the movement.

Weather in Bosnia today will be moderately to mostly cloudy. In Herzegovina, it will be mostly clear. Snow will fall in the largest part of Bosnia and rain is possible in the northwest of Bosnia. There will be no precipitation in Posavina and the far northeast of Bosnia. Win in Bosnia will be weak to moderate, blowing from the northwest, and gale in Herzegovina, moderate. The highest daily temperature will range between -2 and 4 degrees, in the south between 5 and 10 degrees. Weather in Sarajevo will be mostly cloudy, with occasional snowfall. The highest daily temperature will be around 2 degrees.

Weather on Thursday will be mostly cloudy with some snow in central, eastern and northeastern areas. It will be mostly sunny in the remaining part of the country. Morning temperature will be between -8 and -1 degrees, in the south between -3 and 3, while the highest daily temperature will range between -3 and 2 degrees, in the south between 3 and 8 degrees.

On Friday, weather will be moderately cloudy and sunny. In the morning hours, there will be frost and fog in ravines of central and eastern Bosnia. Morning temperature will range from -11 to -4 degrees, in the south from -3 to 3 degrees, while the highest daily temperature will range from -4 to 1 degrees, in the south from 1 to 6 percent.

Weather on Saturday will be mostly sunny, with low to moderate cloudiness. In the morning hours there will be frost and fog in ravines in central and eastern Bosnia. Morning temperature will range from -11 to -4 degrees, in the south from -3 to 2, while the highest daily temperature will range from -2 to 2 degrees, in the south from 5 to 10 degrees.
