On yesterday’s charity event BiH football player who plays in Gaziantepspor Haris Medunjanin said that he’s glad to be a part of the charity event and in an interview to sportsport.ba, he commented the upcoming match with Greece: ‘We have a very tough match to play. I think it is the match we cannot afford to lose and I hope that we will win, and if we do, we’ll be one huge step closer to Brazil.’
Ognjen Vranješ, who players for Alania from Vladikavkaz congratulated Džeko on the organisation of charity event and added that everyone will play the best in order to defeat Greece.
In an interview to sportsport.ba Vranješ said that it is a shame that several players won’t be able to play due to their injuries but he hopes that their substitutes will also offer a good play.
BiH goalkeeper Asmir Begović said to sportsport.ba that Greece is a very good team, but BiH is not afraid of it.
Begović added that the match is indeed very hard and important, but it is not the decisive match of the qualifications since there are 5 more matches ahead.
He said: ‘We must be well prepared and we must play a good match. If we win, it will be a huge step forward. It is a hard match, but I believe in BiH team which is very good.’
He also added that he’s happy to be a part of Džeko’s charity event and that he glad they made children happy.
