The newly appointed Minister of Finance of the Federation of BiH Jelka Milićević stated at the press conference in Sarajevo that the new government issued a conclusion on withdrawing all bills and draft laws introduced by the earlier government from the parliamentary procedure.
The aim is to return those acts in current ministries so new ministers would review them, revise them and re-introduce in the parliamentary procedure very soon.
This is one of the first measures of the new government, because certain acts were not in accordance with the procedure and they were against reform principles of the new team, said the Minister.
Laws and decisions related to investment projects, development and loan approvals with participation of the government will not be withdrawn, she added.
The Government also expanded decision at today’s session on interim termination of recruitment procedures for employees, civil servants and staff in administration bodies.
Aim is to give the government another chance to review justifiability, that is, rationalization of employees in state companies and public institutions. Procedure will be launched again with analysis in all ministries, and governing bodies.
Minister also talked about this-year’s Federation budget, proposed from the previous government, which the Federation Parliament approved on March 31, on the last day of the Decision on interim financing of FBiH in the first three months of 2015.
