Wizz Air is introducing a new Route from Sarajevo to Saarbrucken

Wizz Air is introducing a new route from Sarajevo to Saarbrücken in Germany.

Flights on this route will start on June 14, twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Tickets can be purchased from today on wizzair.com or using the Wizz Air mobile app. Prices start at 19.99 euros (38.99 BAM).

By adding a new Wizz Air line from the Sarajevo base, passengers can plan new trips and family vacations. With its vibrant cultural scene and baroque architecture, Saarbrucken combines a French ambiance with the German beauty of living.

The exciting long history of this city on the Sar River reflects its position between the three countries, and it is adorned with a relaxed atmosphere, picturesque narrow streets and numerous attractions.

Passengers from Sarajevo at affordable Wizz Air prices can now travel to 21 destinations in 11 countries in Europe and the Middle East.

Zusa Trubek (Zsuzsa), Wizz Air’s corporate communications manager, said it was time to introduce a new line from their base in Sarajevo.

“Listening to the wishes and needs of our passengers, we decided to establish a connection with the city of Sarbruken, ideal for a weekend getaway or a visit to relatives and friends that Wizz Air makes closer to you. We believe that this route will open the way for German tourists to visit the picturesque capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its kind people of cordial hospitality,” it was stated.
