We are always open to knowledge exchange, especially among SPARK member companies. So we invited Amir Obralic, marketing manager at NSoft, to hold a short workshop for our startups.
We talked about making a survey at the workshop. Market surveys are very important in the startup world, precisely because there’s no need for startups to spend time and money on a product/service that doesn’t even have a place on the market. Surveys are also useful for changing the initial business idea into a similar, tailored to the wishes and needs of potential users.
The workshop covered things like question order and type, DO’s & DON’Ts rules, survey tools (Google Forms, Typeform, Survey Monkey), real examples, and sending surveys.
All participant got the task to make a survey for their startup, and who knows, maybe some of our readers will get one.
