The FB&H Hydrometereological Institute has declared a yellow weather alarm in Sarajevo for Monday as well, announced Anadolu Agency.
This means that in Sarajevo, as well as in other areas in B&H, there will continue to be a thick fog, while the temperature remains low.
Yellow weather alarm means that the weather is potentially dangerous, that the weather conditions are not unusual, but people should be cautious if they plan activities that take place outside. In addition to yellow, there is also an orange alarm and a red alarm, which means extremely hazardous weather conditions.
The thick fog mixed with smog enveloped Sarajevo yesterday afternoon. Due to the fog, Sarajevo airport is closed, and movement of motor vehicles around the city is difficult.
