A young programmer and entrepreneur from Travnik, Jasmin Fajkic, won the first prize and 5,000 BAM for his startup MobiFIT at the fair of innovation and best startup ideas of the region, Sarajevo Unlimited, which was held at hotel Holliday.
The founder of MobiFIT has impressed the most experienced business people from the region and the world who were choosing the best among 20 most innovative startups. It is a mobile application that provides the ability to select various contents for exercise and relaxation in the most visited fitness, wellness and sports centers of Sarajevo.
“I got the idea for MobiFIT by trying to choose an adequate fitness center for myself. I was not satisfied with individual offers, and I researched whether there is any package within which I can combine my trainings.”
Jasmin knew that you need a good team for a good product. Co-founders Sanjin Imanic and Tijl Verbert worked with him on the project, and other participants of the ITAcademy were involved in theprocess of making the app as well.
The project quickly attracted attention of Networks – entrepreneurial support center for best startup ideas in BiH. Application has been improved to the smallest detail through this collaboration and already has first satisfied customers.
“Currently MobiFIT application and service can be used only by registered companies, associations and embassies. Our aim is to allow employees of companies, in the quickest and best way possible, to find an activity for themselves. Wether it is fitness, swimming pool, yoga or spa – its on them to choose. All these deals can be found on the application and they can make an appointment with only one click.”
The users of this fantastic application will be able to try and combine different techniques of exercise and find out what suits them best. And all this at lower prices than those available.
