Dubai chocolate has captivated many around the world, including in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Now, a Sarajevo cevabdzinica has created the Dubai pljeskavica.

Specifically, they have crafted a filling made from pesto sauce, kaymak, and fried onions.

They then mixed the filling into the pljeskavica mixture and grilled it.

Dubai chocolate

Renowned BiH pastry chef Damir Rozajac previously talked about making Dubai chocolate.

“The focus is on dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, using alkalized cocoa, which has a lot of cocoa butter, so it’s hard to go wrong. A basic recipe includes 400 grams of that chocolate, 30 grams of butter, 150 grams of kadaif, and 200 grams of pistachio cream,“ Rozajac explained earlier, N1 writes.
