13199515_1176623349055286_968997399_oThe football club Željezničar yesterday officially signed the contract with Spaniard Javier Hervas, who will join the team at the end of this season.

During the presentation of reinforcement, Director of the club Mirsad Šiljak said that with its work Željezničar wants to improve criteria in the Premier League of BiH.

“With his playing experience, Hervas can improve the Premier League of BiH,” Šiljak said.

Šiljak noted that this is an example of how players from other countries can create all preconditions for their progress and improvement of the Premier League of BiH, with seriousness and work.

“Signing the contract with Hervas is an impulse and a challenge to all serious players who are to come to the Premier League,” Šiljak added.

Hervas said he is satisfied with what he found out about Željezničar.

“I found out this is a winner club with a long history. I will give my best to help this club achieve a victory on national level, and then in Europe,” Hervas added.

The 26-year-old Hervas is playing as midfielder and he will be the first Spanish citizen to perform for FC Željezničar.

Hervas is the third reinforcement of Željezničar for the season 2016/2017. In his previous career, Hervas played for Cordoba, Seville, Hercules and Sabadella, and he is coming to Željezničar from the Australian Brisbane Roar.
