Zvizdić and Merkel talked about the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and about the deadlock on the path towards EU integration.

Chancellor Merkel said that Germany recognized the efforts and results implemented in the last year and expressed the readiness of Germany to help BiH on the path of accession to the EU, especially with the adaptation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement.

The meeting was attended by the advisor to the German Chancellor for foreign and security policy Cristoph Heusgen and advisor for European affairs Franz Neueder.
