Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić met today in separate meetings with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to BiH Jan Waltmans and Head of the Diplomatic Bureau of the Kingdom of Belgium in BiH Benjamin Sturtewagen and informed them about the current political situation and the formation of the government in Bosnia and Herzegovina after the October elections.

He said that the formation of the BiH Council of Ministers is expected on Wednesday and that this will stop the policies of division, blackmail and blockades and start working on the realization of important priorities, namely European and NATO integration, the rule of law and the retention of young people and families in BiH.

Zvizdić expressed great satisfaction with granting candidate status to Bosnia and Herzegovina and thanked Waltmans and Sturtewagen for the support of their countries. He said that the candidate status will open a new chapter in the economic cooperation between the countries.

The officials emphasized that bilateral relations are good and friendly and that the Netherlands and Belgium are among the most serious investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated Zvizdić’s Office, announced the Press Service of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.
