Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić will participate in the Parliamentary and Security Forum, which will be held on December 6 in Washington.

Organized every year by Robert Pittenger, a former member of the US House of Representatives and founder of the Forum, this traditional event brings together US congresspeople and senators, parliamentarians from around the world, and experts and agency representatives directly involved in tackling current global security challenges.

The program of the Forum announced that Zvizdić would address the participants of the Forum within the panel on the best examples and practices of improving the cooperation of parliaments.

It is also planned that the Speaker of the House of Representatives will meet with several members of the US Congress during his stay in Washington.

During the Forum, various types of current global security challenges will be discussed, from human trafficking and the migrant crisis, money laundering, abuses in the economic expansion of certain countries through controversial investments, to the consequences of neurocognitive war and the use of psychological and biological weapons, announced the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.
