In front of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina the trial for three former members of the Army of BiH (ABiH) charged with crimes committed in Sarajevo will begin next week.
The trial for Elvir Muminovic, Samir Kesmer and Mirsad Menzilovic, charged of committing rape in 1993 in Sarajevo, is scheduled for Monday, February 27th.
Moreover, on Monday is scheduled a plea of Dragan Vikic, Jusuf Pušina, Nermin Uzunović and Mladen Čovčić for crimes in Sarajevo Great Park (Veliki Park).
The same day, the Court of BiH will hear the opinion of expert about the health of Zulfikar Alispago, who is charged with crimes in Trusina. To recall, the trial of Alispago was discontinued in March 2014 due to illness.
On Friday, March 3rd, the Appellate Panel will hold a meeting after the Constitutional Court partially annulled the judgment of Dusko Jevic and Djuric Mendeljev due to the erroneous application of law. Jevic and Djuric sentenced to 32 and 28 years in prison for aiding the commission of genocide in Srebrenica.
On the same day a plea by Mensur Dakic and Senad and Šemsudin Pekic, charged with crimes against prisoners of war committed in the Brcko area, should take place as well.
On Friday, at the trial for crimes committed in Capljina, closing arguments will be made by the Defense of Edin Sakoca.
Dring the next week, trials for crimes committed in Doboj, Buzim, Gorazde, Srebrenica, Hadzici, Kotor Varos, Prijedor and Sanski Most, will be held, is announced from BIRN.
