mladen ivanicThe Honorary President of PDP party Mladen Ivanic, said that he has not yet made a decision on the candidature for a member of the BiH Presidency on the general elections in BiH in 2018.

“Currently, I have not made the decision due to the family and private issues. By September we should have a clear situation in connection with the candidate for the Presidency and the President of the Republika Srpska”, said Ivanic.

At the meeting of the Members of Board of PDP in Brcko, Ivanic spoke about interesting details relating to the successful outcome of some of his moves as a member of the Presidency of BiH, as well as contribution to the challenging of requirements by Bosniaks for revision of a judgment against Serbia, which the International Court of Justice in the Hague refused.

When speaking about the future position of the Brcko District, Ivanic stressed the necessity of careful monitoring of policy initiatives which could possibly aim to weakening the position of the district.

The vice president of PDP Slavko Vučurević pointed to the possibility of creating a new party coalition and announced that the PDP could increase the membership of the arrival of people who have left the political parties for which they have so far worked.

Moreover, he said that all who wish to join the PDP are welcome.
