FA Minister met with Ambassadors of Italy and the UK

crnadak fergusson meetingMinister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Igor Crnadak received in separate visits the Ambassador of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Edward Ferguson and Ambassador of Republic of Italy Nicolas Minas.

Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak and Ambassador Ferguson discussed about bilateral relations between the two countries and discussed the maintenance of the Second Investing Business Forum, which will be held in London in September 2017.

Minister Crnadak stated the deep concern because of the catastrophic fire in London.

During the talks, Minister Crnadak and Ambassador Ferguson noted that it is necessary to support the continuation of the reform process in BiH, with the special emphasis on the need to invest additional efforts in the fight against corruption in BiH.

At the meeting with Ambassador Minas, interlocutors spoke on preparations for the Western Balkans Summit in Trieste in July 2017, continued strong co-operation after the Summit and on the WB6 Ministerial Meeting, which will summarize the effects of the Summit in Trebinje in September 2017.

Ambassador Minas informed Minister with the progress of the Summit, and stressed that Italy is lobbying for the special treatment of BiH in the upcoming Summit.
