The forum aims to gather professionals from tourism from the Balkans offering a program divided into three parts: Educational (EDU) – where we will have presentations, panel discussions and workshops on subjects such as contemporary ways of communications and hospitality – using content marketing to gain more direct booking and innovation in tourism. Expo- Where participants have the opportunity to exhibit their work and Networking gala event in the evening hosted by the mayor of Sarajevo. This event will take place in the city hall in Sarajevo in collaboration with the mayor’s office.

The Forum will take place in City Hall on November 8th, with an aim to make a business network with a quality educational program and to promote tourism as an entrepreneurial potential in BiH. In addition, one of the aims is to establish a network of tourist workers that will have a future cooperation as an end goal.

“The City of Sarajevo was pleased to respond to the initiative to hold such a forum, having in mind the importance of business networking of tourists from the countries in the region, which is in line with the earlier initiative of the City of Sarajevo, the so-called trilateral, which also aims to connect the three major cities (Sarajevo, Zagreb, Belgrade) from the region to a unique tourist route. We hope the educational contents of the forum will open up new perspectives for improving the quality of tourism in BiH and the region,” said the mayor of Sarajevo, Abdulah Skaka.
