13th ITF Challenger Tournament ‘Sarajevo Ladies Open’ started today

tennisToday, 04 June, the 13th ITF Challanger Tournament ‘Sarajevo Ladies Open’ was opened in Hotonj, reports Fena.

BiH is being represented by four tennis players, Lejla Čolić and Anita Husarić who have qualified directly and Danira Muminović and Nađa Džafić who had to pass qualification tournament.

The tournament is worth 10 000 USD and in the first round Čolić will play against Bulgarian play Dalia Zafirova, Husarić will play against Kristina Ostojić from Serbia, Muminović against Italian tennis player Giulia Sussarelo, while Džafić will play against Olga Doroshina from Russia.

First holder of the tournament is Viktorija Tomova from Bulgaria, while more than 80 tennis players from 16 countries participate at this competition. The final match will be played on 9 June at 11 a.m.
