The European Commission will grant 15 million euros for projects aimed at more efficient resolution of cases in BiH courts at all levels, especially those in the area of war crimes, announced the Head of the BiH Directorate of the European Commission Paola Pampaloni. It is about the implementation of projects that have been agreed as part of the structural dialogue between the EU and BiH.
At a meeting with the BiH Deputy Minister for Finance and Treasury Edita Đapo, Paola Pampaloni said that the Ministry has an important role in the realization of these projects and that it is necessary to precisely agree on mechanisms in the delivery of resources and their allocation to end users, as well as monitoring the proper expenditure of funds.
Đapo said that the Ministry will give full support to the realization of these projects within their jurisdiction and that they expect active engagement of other institutions that will be a part of this project financed by the European Commission.
