52nd Session of the Executive Board of the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina held

The 52nd session of the Executive Board of the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held today in Sarajevo, under the chairmanship of the FF BH President Elvedin Begić. In addition to the members of the FF BH Executive Board, the session was also attended by a member of the Committee for Mediation and Counselling, Sead Kajtaz.

At today’s session, all decisions were made unanimously, and the following was adopted:

1.) Minutes and implementation of conclusions from the 51st session of the FF BH Executive Board, held via video conference on 01.06.2020;

2.) The FF BH Executive Board remains with its decision no. 02-1608-2/20 dated 01.06.2020, which was confirmed by the official letter of UEFA with their acceptance of the final decision of the FF BH competent body in charge of organizing and managing the competition. According to the requests of clubs from the BH Premier League (FK “Zvijezda 09” and NK “Čelik”), clubs from the Premier Youth League (FK “Slavija” and NK “Travnik”) and clubs from the futsal competition (KMF “Beli Anđeo” and FC “Mostar” SG Staklorad) for amending the decision made by the FF BH Executive Board at its session of 01.06.2020. At today’s session, the position was taken to confirm the previously adopted decision of the FF BH Executive Board, which was also the best solution at the time and extraordinary circumstances, resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic in the world. The decision is legally grounded and finds its basis in the relevant regulations and rules of the FF BH, as well as the binding UEFA guidelines for COVID-19.

3.) Reports of the Competition Committee, the Referees and Refereeing Committee, the Stadiums and Security Committee, as well as the Disciplinary Commissions of the FF BH;

4.) Regulations and decisions for the next competition season 2020/21, as follows:

Regulations on Registration of Players and Clubs, Transfer and Status of Players,

Regulations on Referees and Refereeing of the FF BH,

Regulations on the FF BH Competitions,

Amendments to the FF BH Decision on Fees for Training,

Decision on the Amount of Fees for Regular and Extraordinary Legal Remedies.

Decision on the duration of the summer registration period in 2020 for professional and amateur players registered for Premier League clubs in B&H from 13.07.2020 to 02.10.2020, amateurs for other levels of competition from 13.07.2020 to 02.10.2020, amateur futsal players from 01.09.2020 to 15.10.2020, as well as an extraordinary registration deadline for teams that play in the UEFA Futsal Champions League from 01.09.2020 to 15.09.2020.

5.) Competition regulations for the 2020/21 season and decisions on the competition calendar, as follows:

Regulations on the Premier League and the BH Cup Final (CHANGE: two semi-final matches are played and one match of the BH Cup final)

Regulations on the Women’s Premier League and BH Women’s Cup Final,

Regulations on the Premier Youth U-19 League and the BH Youth Cup Final,

Regulations on the Premier Youth U-15 and U-17 Leagues,

Regulations on the Premier Women’s Cadets (U-17) League.

6.) Information on the financial situation and marketing activities in the FF BH.
