In the last seven days, the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an expulsion measure for 101 foreign citizens, the institution stated on Friday.
As Klix.ba reports, the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs, in accordance with its competencies, is carrying out intensified activities to control the movement and stay of foreigners aimed at controlling places where migrants gather and inspecting legal and natural persons providing accommodation services.
Inspectors for foreigners, in cooperation with police officers, carried out joint activities in the area of Sarajevo, Bihac, Zenica, Travnik, Tuzla, Kalesija and Banja Luka.
These activities resulted in the discovery of foreign nationals who entered or resided illegally on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Due to illegal entry or residence, it imposed a measure of expulsion on 101 foreign citizens with a ban on entry and residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including citizens of Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Morocco, Algeria, India, Egypt, Iraq, Iran and Yemen. The mentioned persons, as they pointed out, were placed under supervision in the Immigration Center or their movement to a certain place was restricted until they left the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
