The Accused is in custody and is charged with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.

Also, a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption has issued an Indictment against Đorđe Nedimović, born in 1976 in Novi Sad, residing in Beočin, a citizen of Serbia, who is currently remanded in custody.

This accused person is charged with international smuggling of the following narcotic drugs: marijuana – cannabis, ecstasy, speed (amphetamine), cocaine, heroin, hashish, as well as various tablets with narcotic properties, in the total amount of more than one hundred grams, which he smuggled on 26 July 2020, from the territory of the Republic of Serbia to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all in order to obtain illegal material gain and with the intention of its further sale on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The aforementioned accused person was detected in the commission of the said criminal offence by members of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Uvac International Border Crossing between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, while he was smuggling the narcotics in the vehicle he was driving.
